This personal blog is protected by copyright including imagery and visualizations that I post. If you are uncertain, please educate yourself on what these requirements are . I do not earn money on my photos or content, but I do devote time and effort taking them – they are special to me as my own creative work.
You may re-blog my content and photos only if you include credit to my blog with working links back to the page they originated from. Any other use of my site’s content must be requested directly from me through the Contact Me form.
I sample check my imagery with reverse image searches and if I find that my content has been used without permission, I will issue a take down notice to the service provider as a starting measure, up to and through appropriate escalations (including my attorney) that address the gains being received from use of my content.
Occasionally I may elect to use photos from photo-sharing sites (free for commercial use or open creative commons licensure). If you appreciate the photographer’s work and wish to use the same photo, please be a good citizen of the world and acknowledge the photographer with a hyperlink to their original account on that site, even if it’s not legally required.
